For organisations, teams and professionals

Professional & Organisational Services

Dr Alicia Landbeck provides psychologically informed interventions for professionals, teams and organisations.

These services are designed for professional contexts in which individuals or teams may benefit from a structured space to step back from demanding situations, reflect on relational dynamics, navigate periods of change or better understand the psychological impact of work.

Interventions may be individual or collective and can be adapted to companies, NGOs, healthcare services, educational institutions, social-sector organisations and other professional environments.

They are distinct from individual psychotherapy and are defined according to the professional context and the needs of the person, team or organisation.

Services may range from a single professional consultation, team session or workshop to a more regular programme developed according to the organisation’s needs.

Three areas of intervention

01

Professional Support & Psychological Health at Work

Professional life can involve periods of sustained pressure, significant responsibility, organisational change, difficult interpersonal situations or emotionally demanding work.

Psychological support in a professional context provides a structured and confidential space in which an individual, manager or team can step back from a situation, better understand what is happening and consider appropriate ways of responding.

The aim is not to medicalise ordinary difficulties at work or to reduce organisational problems to individual fragility.

The work takes into account the interaction between the person, their professional role, workplace relationships, working conditions and the wider organisational context.

This type of intervention may be relevant during demanding professional periods, repeated relational tensions, changes in roles or organisation, significant emotional demands, professional isolation, difficulties maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, or situations in which a structured space for reflection would be useful.

Support may be provided individually or with teams.

Depending on the request, interventions may take the form of an individual professional consultation, a team session, a structured facilitated discussion, a targeted workshop or consultation with managers or organisational stakeholders.

The objective is to provide a psychologically informed space for reflection and support appropriate professional responses without replacing managerial, legal or human-resources responsibilities.

02

Professional Practice Analysis & Team Reflection

Professional practice analysis provides teams with a structured space to examine situations arising in their work.

The purpose is not to evaluate individual performance.

The work focuses on professional situations, the respective roles of team members, patterns of interaction, communication, institutional or organisational context and the way these different elements influence professional practice.

Sessions may focus on recurring situations, complex interactions, professional dilemmas, coordination difficulties, tensions between roles or the impact of demanding work on a team.

The aim is to create sufficient distance from day-to-day pressures to better understand what is taking place and to support reflective professional practice.

This type of work may be particularly relevant for healthcare teams, social and educational professionals, NGOs, child-protection services and other organisations in which professionals work closely with people, families or communities in complex situations.

Professional practice analysis is not a managerial evaluation process and does not replace organisational decision-making.

03

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is intended for psychologists, mental-health professionals and other practitioners whose work includes a significant clinical dimension.

It provides a structured space to examine clinical situations and reflect on the practitioner’s position within them.

Supervision may address clinical formulation, relational dynamics, therapeutic positioning, questions concerning the clinical frame, complex or recurring situations and the emotional impact of clinical work.

Where relevant, attention may also be given to transference and countertransference processes, institutional factors and the way these influence clinical understanding and professional responses.

The aim is not to assess professional performance, but to support clinical thinking, professional positioning and the elaboration of complex situations.

Supervision may be organised individually or in small groups.

Formats

Depending on the request and professional setting, interventions may take different forms.

These may include individual professional consultations, team sessions, professional practice analysis groups, clinical supervision, targeted workshops, seminars, professional talks or more regular programmes developed with an organisation.

Interventions may take place in person or online depending on the nature of the request.

The objectives, format and duration are defined according to the situation and the needs of the professional, team or organisation.
